This innovative career development initiative is designed for senior managers and deputy CEOs of our funded partners. Over the next six months, our cohort will benefit from fully subsidised training, mentoring, and networking. Developed with Richmond CVS, ACEVO and Clear Thinking Consultancy, the programme aims to retain talent and strengthen leadership within Richmond’s voluntary sector.
