This rebrand marks a pivotal milestone in our journey, reflecting the outcomes of a comprehensive strategic review. Our refreshed identity is built on our core values and reinforces our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and amplifying impact.
With our updated branding, a redesigned website, and enhanced social media presence, we’re increasing access to funding opportunities, celebrating our valued partnerships, and highlighting innovative approaches to addressing community challenges. These tools allow us to remain agile in responding to changing needs while setting ambitious goals for the future.
Behind the Brand
At the heart of our new identity is our logomark, crafted from interlocking speech bubbles that form the initial “R.” This design symbolises our collaborative spirit, dedication to listening, and the meaningful connections we build through shared resources and knowledge.
We partnered with Geist*Studio to create a visual identity that embodies our values with boldness and clarity. Their thoughtful and meticulous approach has resulted in a design that truly captures our mission. The World Brand Design Society also featured the studio’s press release, offering deeper insight into the creative process behind this transformation.
Co-Creating Impactful Stories
Storytelling is a central part of our transformation. To launch our rebrand, we premiered Building Healthy and Fulfilling Lives, a film showcasing the extraordinary work of four partner organisations. This project highlights the real outcomes of our partnerships and the difference they make in people’s lives.

The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with partners recognising this initiative as an authentic way to amplify their voices and extend the reach of their impact.

From Reactive to Proactive Grant Making
Our strategic review also led to a shift in how we approach grant making. Moving from reactive, short-term funding to proactive, collaborative, and long-term investment allows us to align more effectively with community needs. This evolution ensures we are focusing on innovative solutions to create a more stable and equitable future for our community.

One of the greatest lessons we’ve learned is the transformative power of effective communication. By modernising our approach, we are committed to:
